About Tyler

Tyler was named our Student Ministry Leader in May 2025. Originally, he was asked to step into this role back in 2022 because of his obvious passion for the next generation. It wasn’t the right timing, but that conversation always stuck with him. Now he is doing a phenomenal job guiding and investing in the students at Youth Group every week as he points them to the Bible and Jesus. Tyler has a huge heart for students and loves seeing young people grow in their faith and discover their purpose in Christ.

Tyler and his amazing wife Hannah are raising four wonderful kids: Taya, Tessa, Teddy, and Tommy! Tyler is a full-time teacher at Mead Elementary School and also coaches Freshman Football and Track at the High School level. He has a passion for fitness (and Celsius energy drinks) and is dedicated to pouring his life into students both in the classroom, on the field, and at church. Tyler and Hannah are a true blessing to Grandview Church, and we are so thankful for their leadership and example.
